Old Sandcast Bracelet for Men or Women

American Indian Silversmith

50 year old + vintage Sterling Silver Cuff Bracelet, sandcast by talented Navajo silversmith with Cross, Heart and Fleur-de-Lis motifs.

Made by carving out a piece of local sandstone, the Navajo artist who created this did so by carefully pouring molten silver into the fore-mentioned greased mold and then forging the silver into the shape of a wrist.

A technique not practiced often anymore, this unique and soulful piece grounds you to Mother Earth.

Inside dimensions of 2 5/8" wide and 1 3/4" tall.  The gap is 1 11/16" wide with an inside circumference of 7 3/8" including the gap.

These heavy bracelets are great for men or women.  Originally designed for a man, who can wear it slung low on their wrist, peaking out of the cuff of a button down shirt, but the girls can wear it high on their forearm as Ruby did on her first date with George to play pool.
