SOLD Chief Joseph Pattern Pendleton Wearing Blanket

American Indian Artist

SOLD Vintage Chief Joseph Pattern Pendleton Wearing Blanket with reversible pattern.

A man's wearing blanket, denoted by a lack of fringe, this was made by the Pendleton Woolen Mills that is still going strong today.

Cream ground with beige, orange, and red were carefully chosen to be used in the 100% virgin wool composition, often inspired from Navajo rugs.

This blanket is not a white as the first photos show but were photographed in strong light.  The last two shots are accurate for color though.
